Bed linen, towels, tea towels, Wi-Fi, utilities (electricity and water), and final cleaning are included in the price of your stay.

Check-in is from 3 pm to 6 pm. Arrival after 6 pm is also possible. Please inform reception so that the late check-in procedure can be arranged. Check-out is from 9 am to 10 am. 

Check-in and check-out always take place at our reception: Meeuwenlaan 32, 8434 Westende.

Parking is always available on the driveway at the property.

A maximum of 2 pets weighing up to 10kg are permitted in the holiday homes. We charge an additional fee of €10 per night per pet. 
Pets are not permitted at Casa Nieuwpoort, but would you like to request an exception? Please feel free to contact us.

One cot is always provided as standard (free of charge). This does not include sheets.
Would you like an extra bed or chair? Please do not hesitate to contact us.

• High chair: €5 per night 
• Cot + sheets: €10 per night 

Towels and bed linen are provided.
Beds are made up.

If you are unable to check in during opening hours, please let us know on the day itself.

You can collect the keys from a safe after 6 pm. 

Instructions will then be provided by the receptionist on duty. 

I have chosen the flexible rate and wish to cancel

No charges will be applied for cancellations or changes made up to 30 days before the arrival date. 
If you cancel or make changes after this, or if you do not turn up (no-show), 100% of the stay will be charged. You will be charged a prepayment of the total price within 30 days of the arrival date.

If the booking has already been paid for, the full amount will be refunded to your account.
 

Immediate payment

You pay the full amount immediately via Bancontact, iDEAL or other supported payment methods.

Payment by bank transfer

30 days after the booking date, you pay a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days before the arrival date by bank transfer to the specified account number. If the amount is less than €500, we ask that you pay the full amount within 30 days of the booking date. If the booking date is less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount must be paid immediately.

Payment via payment link with credit card guarantee

30 days after the booking date, you must pay a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival date. You will receive an email with a payment link to the Mollie platform. This link remains valid for 2 days. If the amount is less than €500, we ask that you pay the full amount within 30 days of the booking date. If the booking date is less than 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount must be paid immediately.
